1. Web Design
Payments for custom web design projects are made in increments. All payments, including deposits, are non-refundable. If a project is canceled or postponed, all paid amounts are retained by DE TECH. If applicable, a fee will be charged for any completed work beyond the amount already paid.

2. eCommerce & Web Development
Payments for custom web development, including eCommerce projects, are made incrementally. Once paid, these amounts are non-refundable. In the event of cancellation or postponement, all funds are retained, and additional fees may apply for work completed beyond prior payments.

3. App Development
Incremental payments for custom app development are non-refundable. For any canceled or postponed projects, DE TECH retains all payments, and an additional fee may apply for any work completed beyond initial payments.

4. Software Development
Payments for custom software development projects are non-refundable. If a project is canceled or postponed, DE TECH retains all received funds, with any additional work fees applied as necessary.

5. SEO Services & Digital Marketing
Payments for SEO and digital marketing services are non-refundable. If a project is canceled or postponed, all payments are retained, and applicable fees for work completed may be charged.

6. Chargebacks
If a chargeback or payment dispute is received, the associated service or project will be suspended. To reinstate services, all chargeback fees, along with outstanding balances, must be paid in full. Initiating a chargeback or dispute for valid charges is considered fraudulent and a breach of this policy.

7. Account Termination
DE TECH reserves the right to terminate accounts found to violate terms. Accounts terminated due to policy violations will not receive refunds.
